Nestled in the embrace of nature, Government Degree College, Haripur Nihastha Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) is established by Uttar Pradesh Government in July 2016 under the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), Adjacent to Ganga expressway the College is 8.5kms away from Khiron block and 1.3 kms away from Raebareli-Unnao highway to provide higher education as well as skill development to the students of the rural areas of the region. In accordance to NEP-2020 the Institute offers One year-certificate, Two year-Diploma and Three-year Degree Courses in three streams viz Arts, Science and Commerce. The main objective of the model college is to enable the students to build a society for the welfare of all and develop their personality in the background of ‘सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः ’of Indian culture, inspired by the concept of 'वसुधैव कुटुंबकम' in this rapidly changing era. The college has its permanent affiliation from University of Lucknow since 2022.
